Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and office management systems is a plus.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
