Responsibility
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and office events, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate clear and professional communication.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure operational continuity.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Assist in managing digital and physical records, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively.
