Responsibility
- Assist in managing and organizing documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and quotations.
- Support the procurement process by coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely document processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and administrative processes.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in an administrative role is a plus.
