Responsibility
- Assist with daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the administrative team in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in maintaining digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment through proactive support.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
