Responsibility

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including email correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Coordinate office operations and maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Assist in financial administration including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
  • Support special projects and events as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus
