Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Act as a mobile receptionist, greeting clients and visitors at various locations across Bali.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and clients.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel to different locations in Bali.
