Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Act as a mobile receptionist, greeting clients and visitors at various locations across Bali.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and clients.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
