Responsibility
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the General Manager and team.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as directed.
- Support the organization of office events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Provide general support to other departments as needed, ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and troubleshooting.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in an administrative role is a plus.
