Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and learning sessions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Manage logistical arrangements, including venue bookings, equipment setup, and participant communications for all training events.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, materials, and feedback to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and distribute training materials, handouts, and digital resources to support learning objectives.
- Liaise with HR and department heads to assess training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
- Monitor training budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports on program effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they complete mandatory training modules.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to upload content, track progress, and generate analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, training coordination, or learning operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LMS platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Prior experience in a contract or temporary role is advantageous.
