Responsibility
- Manage and maintain administrative records, including contracts, licenses, and compliance documents for security operations.
- Coordinate communication between security personnel, clients, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and process reports, invoices, and payroll for security staff across multiple locations in Bali.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of security personnel as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all administrative processes.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Support the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and uniforms for security teams.
- Provide general office support, including answering calls, managing emails, and organizing meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the security or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia is advantageous.
