Responsibility
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communications to enhance service delivery.
- Process billing, invoicing, and insurance claims with precision to minimize errors and delays.
- Oversee front-desk operations, including greeting patients, handling inquiries, and directing visitors.
- Maintain inventory of office and medical supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Prepare and organize administrative reports, correspondence, and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with medical staff to streamline clinic workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and healthcare management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Customer-service oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and billing processes is highly advantageous.
