Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and business continuity
- Coordinate and manage employee training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation
- Administer long-service awards and recognition programs to boost employee morale and engagement
- Oversee corporate card usage, including monitoring, reconciliation, and policy compliance
- Manage air travel arrangements and billing processes for business trips and corporate travel
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative processes and procedures
- Assist with office management tasks, including supplies procurement and facility coordination
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review as required
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to administrative matters
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Proven track record in managing corporate administrative functions
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with corporate card management and travel arrangements is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
