Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end competition registration processes, including participant data entry, verification, and confirmation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records, including participant details, payments, and event documentation.
- Process and compile competition results, ensuring timely and error-free reporting.
- Coordinate with schools, teachers, and Country Partners to facilitate smooth event logistics and communication.
- Prepare and distribute official documentation, certificates, and materials for competitions and workshops.
- Assist in the planning and execution of on-site and virtual events, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant support.
- Handle inquiries from participants, parents, and partners, providing professional and prompt responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or event coordination roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Experience working in international or education-related settings is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, remote team with a proactive attitude.
