Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff across multiple locations in Bali.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring all resources are available and functional for daily operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, with a strong understanding of office management practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Experience with basic accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage but not required.
