Responsibility
- Coordinate billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions for healthcare services.
- Manage procurement of medical supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory records.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent shortages.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the healthcare team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing and procurement processes is a plus.
