Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation to ensure seamless workflow.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and senior staff.
- Maintain and organize filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of critical business documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and mail) with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and financial summaries to support decision-making processes.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth collaboration.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain operational readiness.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
