Responsibility
- Manage and organize all insurance-related paperwork, including policy documents, claims forms, and client correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle email correspondence professionally, responding to client inquiries and internal requests in a timely manner while maintaining company standards
- Maintain and update insurance databases, ensuring all records are accurate, current, and properly filed for easy retrieval
- Coordinate between different departments (underwriting, claims, customer service) to ensure smooth information flow and operational efficiency
- Prepare and process insurance documentation, including policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals according to established procedures
- Assist with client onboarding processes, including document collection, verification, and initial data entry
- Monitor and track policy expiration dates, renewal notices, and follow-up requirements to ensure timely processing
- Provide general administrative support to the insurance team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the insurance industry or financial services sector
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with insurance management software
