Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation to support managerial staff.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Maintain and organize office records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Provide general support to visitors and employees, fostering a welcoming and efficient office environment.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office budget management is a plus.
