Responsibility

  • Accurately encode and maintain HR and financial data in digital systems, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
  • Assist in payroll processing, including timesheet verification, salary calculations, and tax documentation.
  • Prepare and organize administrative reports, invoices, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage filing systems (digital and physical) for employee records, contracts, and financial documents.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle office correspondence, including emails, memos, and official communications with professionalism.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation and orientation scheduling.
  • Perform general office duties such as scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, data encoding, or office management (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, HR, or Finance is preferred.
