Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and visitor inquiries.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, payroll processing, and employee record management.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure administrative alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR or accounting software is a plus.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Prior internship or administrative experience is advantageous but not required.
