Responsibility

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for internal and external use.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and visitor inquiries.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, payroll processing, and employee record management.
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure administrative alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
