Responsibility
- Manage patient appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate administrative workflows, including billing, insurance claims, and inventory management for clinical supplies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and organize reports, correspondence, and documentation for clinical and operational meetings.
- Assist in onboarding new staff, including training on administrative systems and centre policies.
- Monitor and order office and medical supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement and stock availability.
- Support marketing initiatives by updating website content, social media, and promotional materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare, therapy centres, or medical offices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with EHR software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic accounting principles is advantageous.
