Responsibility
- Manage and maintain all permits, licenses, and regulatory documents related to mining tenements to ensure full compliance with local and national laws.
- Organize, update, and archive company records, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.
- Liaise with government agencies, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth permit renewals and inspections.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports, applications, and other documentation required by regulatory bodies.
- Monitor changes in mining regulations and proactively implement necessary adjustments to company processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify data for compliance audits and assessments.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as needed.
- Maintain a calendar of critical deadlines for submissions, renewals, and inspections to avoid penalties or disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, compliance, or regulatory roles, preferably in the mining, construction, or natural resources sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and permit requirements (familiarity with Philippine regulations is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
