Responsibility
- Manage and organize official government documents, records, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of administrative reports and forms.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Handle data entry, filing, and retrieval of documents with high accuracy.
- Provide clerical support to senior staff, including scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Respond to public inquiries and provide information within scope of authority.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
