Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, archiving, and digital record-keeping.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are a plus.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools is advantageous.
