Responsibility
- Manage and organize corporate documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and phone inquiries.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials for senior management.
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Process and track office expenses, invoices, and petty cash transactions.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is a plus.
