Responsibility

  • Process and reconcile daily cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain organized financial records, including receipts, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports for management review.
  • Handle petty cash disbursements and track expenditures in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless integration of cashier activities with broader financial systems.
  • Monitor and report discrepancies in cash balances or transaction records promptly.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cashiering, accounting, or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure error-free financial processing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems or cash management tools is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
