Responsibility
- Manage and maintain an efficient document control system to ensure all company documents are accurately filed, updated, and easily retrievable.
- Coordinate the distribution of documents to relevant departments and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and track document revisions, ensuring that only the most current versions are in circulation.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures to comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and review of technical and administrative documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather, organize, and archive project-related documentation.
- Conduct regular audits of the document management system to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific document control standards and regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
