Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership within the Global Server Operations team.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes to support global operational workflows.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation to facilitate decision-making.
- Assist in the planning and execution of team events, offsites, and training sessions.
- Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including expense management and vendor coordination.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a global or tech-driven environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing international travel logistics and coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
