Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and office supplies with precision.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate supply.
- Issue and file receipts for all inventory movements and transactions.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all branch documents.
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory status, usage, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth inter-departmental communication.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and meeting preparations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for inventory and document management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or inventory management roles.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic inventory software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping principles is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with office management in a corporate or branch environment.
