Join Jardin as an Administrative Back Office Assistant in a dynamic, project-based role that supports our management team in maintaining seamless operations. Based in the vibrant regions of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you will play a key role in ensuring all administrative tasks, documentation, and data management are executed with precision. Your work will directly impact the smooth functioning of our back-office operations, allowing our teams to focus on core business activities.
This is a temporary/contract position offering competitive compensation (IDR 1.8M–2.1M/month) and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Responsibility
- Manage and organize company documents, records, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather, verify, and input data into administrative systems.
- Handle routine office tasks such as filing, scanning, and archiving with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including document preparation and orientation logistics.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, back-office operations, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a project-based environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles or data entry software is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
