Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate administrative records, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with school policies.
- Coordinate and organize daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Provide clerical support such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and handling incoming/outgoing communications.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of school documents, including student records, staff memos, and official communications.
- Liaise with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth information flow.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
- Support the implementation of school programs and initiatives by providing logistical and administrative assistance.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an educational or international setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
