Responsibility
- Assist with daily office operations, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, including contracts, policies, and employee handbooks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Travel to different branches or project sites when necessary to support HR and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, office administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Willingness to work a compressed schedule (4 days a week, 12-hour shifts) and travel to different locations as needed.
- Experience with HR software or payroll systems is a plus.
