Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff members.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
- Provide general support to visitors and ensure a welcoming and professional office environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office management procedures is a plus.
