Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
