Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and document preparation to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, including logistics and itinerary planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and costs are tracked within budget.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new hires, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by fostering clear communication and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative, office support, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Customer-service oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes or willingness to learn is advantageous.
