Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the SEA General Manager and Commercial Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and distribute business documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Manage and maintain confidential files, records, and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and organize regional meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation as required by the Commercial Team.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks, including research, data entry, and project coordination to meet business needs.
- Ensure office supplies, equipment, and resources are well-managed and available for team use.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a multinational or regional environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling documentation and data.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience in coordinating meetings, events, or travel arrangements is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HR systems, CRM tools, or project management software is an advantage.
