Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to credit card applicants to verify personal, employment, and financial information.
- Accurately document and update verification results in the company’s database or CRM system.
- Adhere to strict compliance and data privacy protocols to protect sensitive applicant information.
- Provide clear and professional communication to applicants, addressing any questions or concerns during the verification process.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or red flags in applicant information to the appropriate team for further review.
- Meet daily and weekly verification targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve verification processes and reduce turnaround time.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies related to credit card applications and verification.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, tele-verification, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized verification procedures.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or data entry tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
