Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, campaigns, and promotions, including logistics and vendor coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a Sales & Marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
