Responsibility
- Assist the Safety and Health Officer (SHO) in maintaining accurate and up-to-date safety records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure all safety-related information is logged and easily accessible in digital systems.
- Organize, file, and retrieve physical and digital documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and distribute regular safety reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate scheduling for safety inspections, training sessions, and meetings, including sending reminders and follow-ups.
- Monitor inventory of safety equipment and supplies, and assist in procurement processes as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather and verify safety-related data.
- Support the implementation of safety policies and procedures by communicating updates to staff and tracking adherence.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in administrative support, data entry, or office management, preferably in a safety or compliance-focused role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards is advantageous.
