Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the real estate team.
  • Prepare and maintain property listings, contracts, and client records with accuracy.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for property listings.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain inventory.
  • Provide general support to the real estate team, including travel arrangements and expense tracking.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
