Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation.
  • Maintain and update property records, lease agreements, and tenant information in our database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and resolve administrative issues promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial documents related to property management activities.
  • Organize and manage property inspections, maintenance requests, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Support the property management team in organizing events, meetings, and property viewings for potential tenants or buyers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the property management or real estate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, owners, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market and local regulations is highly desirable.
