Responsibility
- Process and issue invoices accurately and efficiently to ensure timely payments and financial tracking.
- Support the sales team by managing orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining up-to-date customer records.
- Coordinate daily administrative operations, including document preparation, filing, and office correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or office management roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
