Responsibility
- Manage and process financial claims accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Track and update inventory records, including stock levels, orders, and deliveries, to support product availability.
- Maintain and distribute updated pricelists for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze vendor reports, including performance metrics, payments, and contract renewals.
- Coordinate with the Product Team to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation to facilitate smooth team operations.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for the department.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Experience with financial claims processing or inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software is advantageous.
