Responsibility
- Accurately enter and update patient records and other critical data into digital systems.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure optimal client flow.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with general office duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare or patient record systems is advantageous.
