Responsibility

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including email correspondence, call routing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinate service requests for the Handyman Can Help division, ensuring clear communication between clients and field technicians.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and project tracking logs with precision.
  • Prepare simple invoices, quotes, and service reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal reports and administrative documentation as required.
  • Resolve client queries professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Support the team in managing inventory records or supply procurement orders as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Support, or Customer Service role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
  • High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the home service or construction coordination industry is a significant advantage.
