Responsibility
- Manage and organize administrative documents, reports, and records related to plantation operations.
- Coordinate communication between field teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and process payroll, invoices, and financial reports in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain inventory records for plantation supplies, equipment, and resources.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and site visits for management and technical staff.
- Assist in the preparation of operational budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards in all administrative processes.
- Provide general office support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative roles, preferably in agriculture, plantation, or a similar industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and plantation management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
