Responsibility
- Maintain and update student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with institutional policies and legal requirements.
- Process student registrations, enrollments, and withdrawals, providing timely and efficient service to students and faculty.
- Coordinate with academic departments to verify and input course schedules, grades, and academic transcripts.
- Prepare and distribute official academic documents, including diplomas, certificates, and transcripts, upon request.
- Assist in the organization and execution of graduation ceremonies and other academic events.
- Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and faculty regarding academic records, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT staff to manage and update student information systems and databases.
- Ensure compliance with local and national educational regulations and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a registrar's office, academic administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using student information systems (SIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of educational regulations and accreditation standards is a plus.
