Based in the heart of Denpasar, Bali, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless administrative workflows. Your responsibilities will include recording sales and expenses, assisting with order preparation, and maintaining organized documentation to support business growth.
This is a casual/part-time opportunity offering competitive compensation (IDR 3M–3.5M/month) and the chance to develop your administrative and coordination skills in a vibrant work setting.
Responsibility
- Accurately record and track daily sales and expenditure transactions in digital or physical ledgers.
- Assist in preparing and processing customer orders, ensuring timely and error-free documentation.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of business records.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to verify order details and delivery schedules.
- Prepare basic reports on sales performance, expenses, and inventory for management review.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and office communications.
- Support the procurement process by tracking office supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles or sales tracking is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
