Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
- Handle client communications professionally via email, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for team members and executives as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate seamless operations and project execution.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
