Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in administrative support, preferably within a government setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of government administrative protocols and record-keeping standards is highly desirable.
