Responsibility
- Manage and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and negotiate terms.
- Oversee freight and logistics operations, tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues.
- Maintain and update product databases with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving administrative concerns.
- Prepare and organize reports, documents, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with order management systems, CRM tools, or ERP software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet connectivity.
- Familiarity with Australian business practices is advantageous.
