Responsibility
- Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation to ensure smooth academy functions.
- Player & Parent Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for players, parents, and guardians, addressing inquiries and providing updates on programs and events.
- Event & Program Management: Assist in organizing football clinics, tournaments, and academy events, including logistics, registrations, and promotions.
- Data & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of player registrations, attendance, progress reports, and financial transactions using digital tools and databases.
- Coaching Staff Support: Coordinate with coaches to manage training schedules, equipment inventory, and facility bookings.
- Marketing & Outreach: Support social media and marketing efforts by creating content, managing posts, and assisting with community engagement initiatives.
- Financial Administration: Process payments, invoices, and expense reports while ensuring compliance with academy policies.
- Facility & Equipment Oversight: Monitor the condition of training facilities and equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in sports, education, or youth development.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Tech Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including children, parents, and staff.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for Sports: Enthusiasm for football and youth development; experience in sports administration or coaching is a bonus.
